Becken Development is revitalising an old office building from the 1960’s. By preserving the existing structure and unsealing space, this project is characterized by particular sustainability.
Less Rain created a name, a visual concept and an identity for this development project, with a hand-written logo for what Becken considers a “signature building” in their portfolio.
For a marketing exposé, we’ve gathered intriguing facts about the revitalization process, its environmental impact, and the influence of architecture on the human psyche.
A continuous line drawing weaves through the exposé, linking these insights and highlighting the interconnectedness of all these elements.
Additional line-art drawings were designed to match the brochure’s illustration style, adding a cohesive visual element. Maps, icons, isometrics, and floor plans help explain key points clearly.
At Less Rain we developed our own WordPress theme. It has building blocks for different text and image compositions, galleries, swipers, and a whole range of animations, that can even be connected to the scroll wheel including scrubbing video.
The theme is highly customisabel and allows to skin every aspect, so it can fit to any project and corporate design style. A fast and cost effective solution to create a slick, modern and fully responsive website very quickly.
A mini PDF styleguide just covering the basics – colours, logo, type and illustration style. It helps the client to produce their own marketing materials in line with the style of brochure and website.
